Bill Can Cook: Chicken Wings
Just a quick post today. Yesterday I made Phnom Penh inspired Luc Lac Beef Rice. I mentioned there were a lot of must-have dishes at that restaurant, the beef rice was one of them and they also make delicious deep fried chicken wings.
Bill made these wings and I have to say they are pretty darn good and close to the original! He baked them and they still turned out very nicely. I was studying while he was making them so I didn’t take any pictures, but here’s the finished product:
I made this to go with the wings (this is how they serve it at Phnom Penh). Lemon juice and white pepper with a pinch of sugar.
I assume it’s not obvious from my blog but Bill actually does some of the cooking in the house. I’m going to start blogging about what he cooks. Sometimes the fear of doing the dishes is enough to motivate someone to cook, so hopefully he’ll cook more!
