Rice and Fish
Bill and I were heading out to Costco this morning, but we went into the wrong lane and was forced to turn left. I suggested that we stop by the Asian Market since it’s “on the way” and we picked up a fresh fish for $3.67.
So, there’s a dead fish on my cutting board and I have a camera in my hand.
I actually felt a little bad for a moment and wasn’t quite sure how I could make the pictures look tasteful (no pun intended). But the truth is, mom makes fish at home all the time and this is how it’s done.
Stuffing it with green onions and ginger.
Drizzle hot oil and soy sauce over it.
and Lunch is served.
