I tried to make malt macarons today with Ovaltine but I wasn’t able to get the “foot” and the shell just didn’t look right. I have a feeling it’s because I added too much Ovaltine in it. Nevertheless! I still had some Ovaltine Buttercream in the piping bag so I decided to practice piping letters. I didn’t throw the failed macarons away; they still tasted like macarons, it just didn’t look right. I’m going to try to make them again on another day and see if it works out!
